World Press Freedom Day
I know 5 PM is rather late to be posting an entry, but this is an important entry for an important day. Today is World Press Freedom Day and so that means I want to remind all the people that will read my blog about this special day so they can also pay respect to the journalists that have giving their lives for their passion and more importantly to tell a story that needs to be told.
I love journalism, it is imperative for any thriving democracy.
Journalism has always been and will always be the force that speaks truth to power. So I’m going to keep this post short. Take a minute today and read the 2010 Pulitzer Prize winning journalism.
